Mr. Amatucci serves as co-founder and principal at Valiant Litigation Finance. He is an entrepreneur, business executive, and securities attorney, who has been in practice for nearly two decades. He currently is a founding member of two nationally recognized law firms and a financial consulting firm.
Mr. Marston is Managing Director of Valiant Litigation Finance. Former CFO of a Fin-tech company with a successful exit, Principal of a FINRA-Member investment bank, Christopher brings 15 years of executive management as CEO of Exemplar, a national investment bank, tax firm, advisory, and corporate law firm, to Valiant.

Katherine brings over 20 years of expertise advising clients at the start-up through middle market stage on originating, structuring and executing debt. Expert at all things financial, she has placed over $5 billion of debt financings and advised 100’s of companies successfully on reaching their internal growth goals.
Sean Campbell serves as Managing Director- Head of Distribution. Sean has over 23 years experience in the Financial Services Industry. He has held Vice President positions at Voya Asset Management and Morgan Stanley. Sean has an expertise in Demographics, and Human Behavior.
